Welcome to JAG T LLC DBA Land Run Links (Land Run Links or the Facility).

By purchasing a membership, booking a tee time, or using our services, you agree to be

bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms

govern the use of our facility, services, and website.

1. Membership and Booking Policies

1.1 Membership Tiers

We oﬀer the following membership tiers and hourly booking options:

Amateur (Hourly Booking)

Rate: $60 per hour.
Booking Window: Same-day/24hrs ahead bookings only.
Guests: Up to 6 golfers per bay (including the primary user).
Access: No membership required; open to the public.
Additional Time: Not applicable for hourly bookings.

Pro Membership

Rate: $189 per month.
Tee Time Limit: Maximum 2-hour booking per session.
Booking Window: Up to 3 days in advance.
Guest Passes: $15 per guest pass.
Access:

– Full access to league play.

– Limited access to club events.

Additional Time: $20 per hour for any time beyond the 2-hour limit.

Tour Membership

Rate: $249 per month.
Tee Time Limit: Maximum 4-hour booking per session.
Booking Window: Up to 5 days in advance.
Guest Passes: 3 complimentary guest passes per month; additional passes at $15 each.
Access:

– Full access to league play.

– Full access to club events.

– Family access included (spouse and dependents ages 517).

Additional Time: $20 per hour for any time beyond the 4-hour limit.

Corporate Membership

Corporate memberships are available. Please contact Land Run Links at 405-463-1142 or info@landrunlinks.com for details and customized pricing.

1.2 General Membership Policies

Facility Hours: Members have access from 5:00 AM to the last tee time at 10:00 PM, subject to availability.
Guest Policy: Members may bring guests using guest passes. A maximum of 6 golfers per bay is allowed. If more than 6 golfers are present, a second simulator bay must be booked.
Additional Guest Passes: Available for purchase at $15 per guest for Pro and Tour members.
Limited Memberships: Memberships are limited in quantity and subject to availability.
Non-Transferable: Memberships and guest passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the member, their designated family members (for Tour memberships), or authorized guests.

1.3 Booking and Cancellation

Booking Windows

Amateur: Same-day bookings only.
Pro: Up to 3 days in advance.
Tour: Up to 5 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Hourly (Amateur) Bookings:

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled tee time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the tee time will incur a 50% cancellation fee ($30 per hour booked).
No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the tee time will be charged the full booking amount ($60 per hour).

Membership (Pro and Tour) Bookings:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time to avoid penalties.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tee time will result in the forfeiture of the booked time, and no guest passes or additional time credits will be issued.
No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the booked time and may lead to temporary suspension of booking privileges after repeated occurrences (3 or more no-shows within a 30-day period).
Process: Cancellations must be made through the Land Run Links website, mobile app, or by contacting our staﬀ directly at 405-463-1142 or info@landrunlinks.com.
Automated cancellations via the website or app are preferred to ensure accuracy.
Refunds: Refunds for hourly bookings, where applicable, will be processed within 57 business days to the original payment method. Membership-related cancellations (e.g., additional time or guest passes) are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Exceptions: Land Run Links reserves the right to waive cancellation fees in cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., severe weather, medical emergencies) at our sole discretion, provided the member or user notifies us promptly.

1.4 Booking Limits

Bookings are subject to availability. Land Run Links reserves the right to limit the

number of bookings per member or user to ensure fair access for all customers.

2. Payment and Billing

Membership Fees: Monthly membership fees (Pro and Tour) are billed automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
Hourly Bookings: Amateur bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
Additional Charges: Additional time, guest passes, or other services must be paid at the time of use.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee of $25 and may result in suspension of membership privileges until the account is current.
Refunds: Membership fees and bookings are non-refundable, except as required by law or at the Facility's sole discretion.

3. Facility Rules and Conduct

Safety and Etiquette: All users must follow Facility rules, including respecting equipment, staﬀ, and other guests. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises and termination of membership without refund.
Equipment: Users are responsible for any damage to Facility equipment caused by misuse or negligence. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the responsible party.
Food and Beverages: Land Run Links oﬀers snacks and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase. Outside food and beverages are permitted, provided they do not create a nuisance or disturbance to other members or guests. Land Run Links does not sell or permit alcoholic beverages on the premises. Users are responsible for cleaning up after themselves, and excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees at the Facility's discretion.
Age Restrictions: Dependents under 17 (Tour membership) must be accompanied by an adult member unless otherwise approved by the Facility.
Dress Code: Dress comfortable.

4. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Assumption of Risk: Use of the Facility, including golf simulators, is at your own risk. You acknowledge that golf-related activities carry inherent risks, and you agree to assume all risks of injury or property damage.
Liability Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Land Run Links is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using the Facility or participating in events, unless caused by the Facilitys gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Insurance: Members and guests are responsible for maintaining their own health, liability, and personal property insurance.

5. Termination of Membership

By Member: Members may cancel their membership by providing 30 days written notice to info@landrunlinks.com. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
By Facility: Land Run Links reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership or access for violation of these Terms and Conditions, non-payment, or behavior deemed detrimental to the Facility or its users, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Land Run Links website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of JAG T LLC DBA Land Run Links or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy

Policy, available at www.landrunlinks.com/privacy-policy. By using our services, you

consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

8. SMS Terms & Conditions

1. SMS Consent Communication: The information Phone Numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receive text messages from Land Run Links, you may receive messages related to the following:

Upcoming bookings reminders, to confirm cancellations of bookings
Upcoming payment reminders
Account updates
Marketing messages for potential available sales and specials

3. Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication.

4.Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carriers pricing plan. These fees may

vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5. Opt-In Method: You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Land Run Links in the following ways:

By submitting an online form.

6. Opt-Out Method: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

7. Help: If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP to 405-463-1142. Or, you can get help directly from us at www.landrunlinks.com.

8. Standard Messaging Disclosures: Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by texting "STOP." For assistance, text "HELP" to 405-463-1142 or visit our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions pages. Message frequency may vary.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Land Run Links reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Facility or services

constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any

disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located

in Cleveland County, Oklahoma.
